For people who feel stuck in their head, replay conversations, expect the worst, or struggle to quiet the mental noise.
Support
Therapy can be a place to slow things down, make sense of what is happening, and build tools that actually fit your life.
For people who feel stuck in their head, replay conversations, expect the worst, or struggle to quiet the mental noise.
Support for athletes, students, and professionals navigating nerves, confidence, frustration, and high expectations.
Helping you make sense of low mood, understand emotions, respond more intentionally, and build healthier patterns in relationships and daily life.
Approach
I work from a practical and collaborative lens. The goal is not just to talk about what is hard, but to understand the patterns underneath and build ways of responding differently.
My work draws primarily from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), with elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and solution-focused strategies where helpful.
Fit
You are looking for therapy that feels practical, collaborative, and grounded. Our work can help you understand the patterns that keep showing up while building tools you can use outside of sessions.
Performance
With a background in competitive sports and coaching, I understand how pressure, confidence, frustration, and expectations can affect performance. When the stakes feel high, it can be difficult to stay present, recover from mistakes, manage nerves, or trust the work you have already put in.
Therapy can support athletes, students, and high-performing professionals in building more clarity, resilience, and control in the moments that matter. Together, we can look at the patterns that show up under pressure and develop practical ways to respond with more steadiness and confidence.
